Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, water, and instant yeast. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours.
- After the dough has risen, preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and place a Dutch oven inside to heat.
- Once hot, carefully remove the Dutch oven and place the dough inside.
- Cover and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing and serve.
Notes
Use quality flour for better flavor, ensure water is warm but not hot, and allow ample rising time.
