Ingredients
- 2 cups of seedless grapes (green or red)
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of citric acid (optional, for extra tang)
Instructions
- Wash the grapes thoroughly under cold water and remove any stems.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, lemon juice, and citric acid (if using).
- Add the clean grapes to the bowl and gently toss until well coated with the sugar mixture.
- Spread the coated grapes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 1-2 hours until the grapes are frozen and the sugar coating is firm.
- Remove from the freezer and let them sit for a couple of minutes before serving.
