Ingredients
- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions, drain, and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each shell with the cheese and spinach mixture.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish and arrange the stuffed shells on top.
- Pour remaining marinara sauce over the shells.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
