Ingredients
- 8 oz linguine
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until they turn pink.
- Add blistered cherry tomatoes and the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing everything together.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor. Don’t overcook the shrimp; they should only take a few minutes to turn pink. Add a splash of lemon juice before serving for enhanced taste.
