Instructions
- Start by peeling the garlic cloves and chopping them finely.
- In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped garlic to the pan and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Be careful not to burn it!
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the lemon juice and salt to taste.
