Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt to taste (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yogurt, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Knead the mixture until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls.
  4. Roll each ball out into a flat, disc shape.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook each disc for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
