A delightful flatbread that is easy to make and requires no oven, perfect as a side dish or for sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Salt to taste (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yogurt, baking powder, and salt.
- Knead the mixture until a smooth dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small balls.
- Roll each ball out into a flat, disc shape.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook each disc for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Serve warm with butter, jam, or your favorite dips. Excellent with soups, salads, or grilled meats.
