Description

Delicious and easy No Bake Cookie Dough Bars made with wholesome ingredients, perfect for a sweet snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  2. Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
  3. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pan and press it down evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for up to a month. Press the mixture firm into the pan for better texture.
