Delicious and easy No Bake Cookie Dough Bars made with wholesome ingredients, perfect for a sweet snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and press it down evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for up to a month. Press the mixture firm into the pan for better texture.
