Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint or 1 teaspoon mint extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together almond butter, protein powder, honey, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in rolled oats, chocolate chips, and mint until fully combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
