Description

Delicious and energy-packed snack balls made with almonds, dates, and matcha powder, perfect for on-the-go snacking.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup (80 g) almonds, peeled
  • ½ cup (70 g) dates, pitted
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 80 g dairy-free dark chocolate


Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the almonds until they are finely chopped.
  2. Add the pitted dates and matcha powder, and blend until the mixture is combined.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate and add it to the mixture, blending until smooth.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Notes

To keep fresh, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week. Can be frozen with parchment paper in between each ball.
