Delicious and energy-packed snack balls made with almonds, dates, and matcha powder, perfect for on-the-go snacking.
Ingredients
- ½ cup (80 g) almonds, peeled
- ½ cup (70 g) dates, pitted
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 80 g dairy-free dark chocolate
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the almonds until they are finely chopped.
- Add the pitted dates and matcha powder, and blend until the mixture is combined.
- Melt the dark chocolate and add it to the mixture, blending until smooth.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Notes
To keep fresh, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week. Can be frozen with parchment paper in between each ball.
