Ingredients
- 1 lb lobster meat
- 12 oz bucatini pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook bucatini pasta in salted water until al dente.
- In a large skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the cooked bucatini to the skillet along with lobster meat, tossing gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Finish with fresh parsley and shaved Parmesan before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add vegetables like cherry tomatoes or spinach. You can also add red pepper flakes for some heat.
