Description

A delightful Lobster Bucatini dish that combines rich lobster meat with al dente pasta, perfect for special occasions or cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb lobster meat
  • 12 oz bucatini pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Cook bucatini pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Add the cooked bucatini to the skillet along with lobster meat, tossing gently to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Finish with fresh parsley and shaved Parmesan before serving.
