Ingredients
- 1 can corn (or 1 cup frozen corn)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 3-4 tbsp Kewpie mayo
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the corn, mayo, and sugar.
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the corn mixture to the pan and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the corn mixture.
- Cover the pan with a lid and let the cheese melt to perfection.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Use freshly shredded mozzarella for the best melting experience. Adjust Kewpie mayo to taste. Consider adding garlic powder or black pepper for extra flavor.
