Description

A delicious and simple dish combining sweet corn and rich cheese, perfect as a side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 can corn (or 1 cup frozen corn)
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 3-4 tbsp Kewpie mayo
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the corn, mayo, and sugar.
  2. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the corn mixture to the pan and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the corn mixture.
  5. Cover the pan with a lid and let the cheese melt to perfection.

Notes

Use freshly shredded mozzarella for the best melting experience. Adjust Kewpie mayo to taste. Consider adding garlic powder or black pepper for extra flavor.
