Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1/2 cup of almond butter
  • 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (like almonds or walnuts)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the oats, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt together.
  2. Stir in the dark chocolate chips and chopped nuts until everything is well combined.
  3. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pan and press it down evenly.
  5. Place the pan in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Once set, lift the mixture out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut it into squares or bars.

Notes
