Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes until shrimp turns pink.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the shrimp and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring until shrimp are well coated and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve immediately.
