Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 3/4 cups warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Coarse sea salt (for topping)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the bread flour, instant yeast, and salt.
  2. Add the warm water and olive oil, and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes on a floured surface, then place it in an oiled bowl and cover it.
  4. Let the dough rise for about 120 minutes until it has doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and stretch it to fit.
  7. Create dimples in the dough using your fingers, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle rosemary and coarse sea salt on top.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
