Ingredients
- 4 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 3/4 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Fresh rosemary
- Coarse sea salt (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the bread flour, instant yeast, and salt.
- Add the warm water and olive oil, and mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes on a floured surface, then place it in an oiled bowl and cover it.
- Let the dough rise for about 120 minutes until it has doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and stretch it to fit.
- Create dimples in the dough using your fingers, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle rosemary and coarse sea salt on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
