Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- If you want to add any toppings like chocolate chips, nuts, or seeds, mix them in.
- Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds.
- Freeze for about 120-180 minutes or until solid.
- Once frozen, remove the bites from the molds and store them in a zip-top bag or an airtight container.
