Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chia seeds, chocolate protein powder, almond milk, maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Stir well to combine and avoid lumps.
- Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes, then stir again.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to thicken.
