Description

A nutritious and delicious snack combining nuts, dried fruit, and oats, perfect for a quick energy boost.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of mixed nuts
  • 1/2 cup of dried fruit
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the nuts, dried fruit, oats, and salt together until well combined.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the honey over low heat until it becomes liquid, being careful not to boil it.
  3. Pour the warm honey into the dry mixture and stir it well to coat everything evenly.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely.
  7. Once cooled, break the mixture into bars or clusters.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week. For a vegan version, substitute honey with maple syrup.
