Description

A quick and rewarding dish that combines tender ground beef with crunchy broccoli, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable or olive)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Add minced garlic and broccoli florets; stir-fry for about 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
  3. In a small bowl, mix beef broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Pour this mixture into the skillet and stir well.
  4. Allow the sauce to thicken, cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes.
