Description

Delicious and healthy Greek Turkey Meatballs made with lean turkey and fresh herbs, perfect for a quick dinner or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 egg
  • Olive oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and egg.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
