Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 egg
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and egg.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the meatballs for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Serve with homemade tzatziki sauce.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes. Use fresh herbs for the best flavor.
