Description
A delicious and easy meal combining juicy steak bites with tender, flavorful potatoes, all cooked in garlic butter.
Ingredients
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a skillet, add 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the halved baby potatoes and cook until they are tender, about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- In another skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Serve the garlic butter steak bites with the sautéed potatoes and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Cut the steak into even pieces for even cooking. Don’t overcrowd the skillet when cooking the steak bites.
