- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the fillets and drizzle with lemon juice, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with the garlic butter sauce.
Notes
Ensure not to overcook the salmon; it should be flaky but moist. Fresh garlic enhances flavor. For heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
