Ingredients
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper.
- Once the beef is cooked, add the drained pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and evenly distributed.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
For a bit of heat, you may add red pepper flakes. You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken. Mixing in vegetables like spinach or bell peppers adds extra nutrition.
