A refreshing frozen yogurt recipe that can be customized with your favorite fruits, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 1 cup of fruit (like strawberries, blueberries, or peaches)
- 1/2 cup of honey or sugar (adjust based on sweetness preference)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Wash and prepare the fruit, cutting larger pieces into small chunks.
- In a blender or food processor, combine yogurt, honey (or sugar), vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Gently pulse in the prepared fruit, leaving some pieces intact for texture.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or freezer-safe container.
- Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 240 minutes, or until firm.
- Let it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
