A healthy and delicious treat made with Greek yogurt, honey, and fresh fruits, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries)
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup nuts (peanuts or almonds)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.
- Fold in the mixed berries, shredded coconut, and nuts.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper, spreading it evenly.
- Freeze for at least 240 minutes or until solid.
- Once frozen, cut into bars and serve.
Notes
Store any leftover frozen yogurt bars in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
