Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 2 tablespoons Peanut butter or almond butter
- Optional: Dark chocolate
- Optional: Chopped nuts or coconut flakes
Instructions
- Peel and slice the bananas into thick rounds.
- Spread a thin layer of peanut butter or almond butter on half of the banana slices.
- Top with another banana slice to create a sandwich.
- If desired, dip the banana sandwiches in melted dark chocolate and roll in chopped nuts or coconut flakes.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for at least 120 minutes.
- Enjoy as a nutritious snack or dessert!

Store leftover snacks in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month, separating layers with parchment paper.
