Description

Frozen Banana Snacks are a fun and healthy treat made with bananas, nut butter, and optional chocolate and toppings. Perfect for kids and adults!


Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut butter or almond butter
  • Optional: Dark chocolate
  • Optional: Chopped nuts or coconut flakes


Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas into thick rounds.
  2. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter or almond butter on half of the banana slices.
  3. Top with another banana slice to create a sandwich.
  4. If desired, dip the banana sandwiches in melted dark chocolate and roll in chopped nuts or coconut flakes.
  5. Place on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for at least 120 minutes.
