Description
A refreshing and guilt-free frozen yogurt treat customizable with a variety of toppings and flavors.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- Optional toppings: nuts, granola, or chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the berries gently.
- Spoon the mixture into an ice cream maker or an airtight container.
- If using an ice cream maker, churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a froyo consistency. If using a container, freeze for about 240 minutes, stirring every hour.
- Serve in bowls and top with your choice of nuts, granola, or chocolate chips.
Notes
Store any leftover FroYo in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week. Let sit out for a few minutes before serving if it becomes too hard.
