Description

A refreshing and guilt-free frozen yogurt treat customizable with a variety of toppings and flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • Optional toppings: nuts, granola, or chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the berries gently.
  3. Spoon the mixture into an ice cream maker or an airtight container.
  4. If using an ice cream maker, churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a froyo consistency. If using a container, freeze for about 240 minutes, stirring every hour.
  5. Serve in bowls and top with your choice of nuts, granola, or chocolate chips.

Notes

Store any leftover FroYo in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week. Let sit out for a few minutes before serving if it becomes too hard.
