Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish
  • Cooked pasta or rice, for serving


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until they are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
