Description

Simple and fluffy pancakes, perfect for breakfast or brunch, topped with your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 500 ml milk
  • 250 grams flour
  • 100 grams melted butter
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  2. Gradually add the flour and mix until no lumps remain.
  3. Stir in the melted butter and vanilla sugar if you’re using it.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour in a portion of the batter to form a pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For variety, add blueberries, chocolate chips, or bananas to the batter.
