Simple and fluffy pancakes, perfect for breakfast or brunch, topped with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 500 ml milk
- 250 grams flour
- 100 grams melted butter
- 1 packet vanilla sugar (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour and mix until no lumps remain.
- Stir in the melted butter and vanilla sugar if you’re using it.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour in a portion of the batter to form a pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
For variety, add blueberries, chocolate chips, or bananas to the batter.
