Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (small curds, drained)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried herbs (optional, like thyme or parsley)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with olive oil spray.
  3. Thoroughly drain the cottage cheese to remove excess moisture.
