Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced pickles
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (e.g., Tabasco)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup minced onions
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon dried dill (optional)
Instructions
- Lay down paper towels, arrange the pickles, and let them dry for a few minutes.
- Whisk together eggs, flour, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish.
- In another dish, add the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each pickle in the egg wash, coat in breadcrumbs, and place on a baking sheet.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Add pickles in a single layer, spray with oil, and air-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Flip the pickles, spray with oil again, and air-fry for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- For the dip, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, minced onions, garlic, and dill in a small bowl. Enjoy!
