Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp and Cajun seasoning to the skillet, cooking until shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese to the skillet, mixing thoroughly.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
