A delicious and quick dish that combines shrimp, pasta, and a rich creamy sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or impressing guests.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and Cajun seasoning to the skillet, cooking until shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese to the skillet, mixing thoroughly.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
