Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups pasta (any type you prefer)
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Grated Parmesan cheese for serving


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. When it’s done, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  5. Add broccoli florets and chicken broth to the skillet. Cover and cook for 5 minutes to steam the broccoli.
  6. Once broccoli is tender, add the cooked pasta and toss everything together until combined.
  7. Serve warm with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
