Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups pasta (any type you prefer)
- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. When it’s done, drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets and chicken broth to the skillet. Cover and cook for 5 minutes to steam the broccoli.
- Once broccoli is tender, add the cooked pasta and toss everything together until combined.
- Serve warm with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. You can use other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots for variation.
