Ingredients

- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
- ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Hamburger buns

- Mustard
- Mayo (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until evenly combined but do not overmix.
- Shape the mixture into 6 hamburger patties, making a dimple in the center of each to prevent puffing up while cooking.
- Grill the patties over medium heat to your preferred doneness, using a meat thermometer for accuracy.
- Let the burgers rest for a few minutes after grilling.
- Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayo, adding other toppings as desired.
