Ingredients
- 1 cup (256g) whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat)
- Seasonings of your choice (optional)
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese with your choice of seasonings.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- If desired, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool before breaking into chips and serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for a few days or freeze for up to a month.
