Description

Delightful clusters combining strawberries, creamy yogurt, and rich chocolate for a healthy snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries (diced)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup semi-chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, add the strawberries, yogurt, and honey. Gently mix to combine.
  3. Dollop portions of 2 tablespoons in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour or until solid.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted.
  5. Remove yogurt clusters from the freezer and dip each cluster in the melted chocolate, coating both sides.
  6. Place the clusters back on the baking sheet and sprinkle sea salt on top.
  7. Freeze until solid.
  8. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Notes

For a sweeter flavor, use ripe strawberries. Adjust honey based on preference; add a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor.
