Description

A delicious and satisfying burrito filled with juicy grilled chicken, chipotle seasoning, and creamy ranch dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, bell peppers)
  • 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with chipotle seasoning and grill until fully cooked.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, black beans, and fresh vegetables.
  3. Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the rice and bean mixture.
  4. Drizzle chipotle ranch dressing over the mixture.
  5. Warm the tortillas and place the filling in the center of each.
  6. Wrap the tortillas around the filling and serve.

Serve immediately with chips and salsa, or add guacamole or sour cream for extra flavor. Wrap tightly for storage.
