Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 4 Corn tortillas
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Lime, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp Taco seasoning
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts in olive oil, salt, pepper, and taco seasoning for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice or shred it.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet.
- Fill each tortilla with the grilled chicken, topped with diced onion and chopped cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the tacos.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate for a few hours or overnight. You can customize with toppings like avocado, cheese, or salsa.
