Description

Delicious chicken street tacos that are quick and easy to make, perfect for any weeknight dinner or weekend treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 4 Corn tortillas
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp Taco seasoning


Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in olive oil, salt, pepper, and taco seasoning for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice or shred it.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the grilled chicken, topped with diced onion and chopped cilantro.
  6. Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the tacos.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate for a few hours or overnight. You can customize with toppings like avocado, cheese, or salsa.
