Ingredients
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles and soy sauce; toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
