Ingredients

  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
