Description

Delightful snack or appetizer with crispy outside and gooey inside, made with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese until well mixed.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with some salt and pepper to add flavor.
  4. Form the cheese mixture into golf ball-sized bites.
  5. Dip each bite into the egg mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
  6. Roll the bites in panko breadcrumbs until well covered.
  7. Place the coated bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch dressing. Decorate with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
