Cheesy Garlic Crescent Rolls are a delightful snack or appetizer made with gooey mozzarella cheese and fragrant garlic wrapped in buttery crescent rolls.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a bowl, mix the mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, melted butter, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until everything is well combined.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese filling at the wide end of each triangle. Roll up the dough to form a crescent shape.
- Place the filled rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
- Let the rolls cool slightly before serving; serve warm.
Notes
Make sure not to overfill the crescent rolls; otherwise, the filling may spill out during baking. Feel free to customize with different cheeses or spices.
