Delicious and quick wraps filled with tender chicken, creamy garlic aioli, and gooey cheddar cheese, perfect for any day of the week.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken and garlic aioli. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface. Place 1/4 of the chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up from the bottom to the top to form a wrap.
- Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Optionally, lightly toast the wraps in a skillet or a sandwich press for added crispiness.
- Cut the wraps in half and serve warm.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time. For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or red pepper flakes. Customize with different cheeses or substitute the chicken with turkey, beef, or a vegetarian option.
