Description

A fun twist on traditional burgers, these Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs combine ground beef, gooey cheese, and soft biscuit dough, perfect for game day or quick meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20 fat content recommended)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cans Refrigerated Biscuit Dough (8 biscuits each)
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat. Add 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper while the beef cooks. Stir until the meat is browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Take a biscuit from the can and flatten it in your hand. Place a spoonful of the cooked beef and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese in the center. Carefully fold the biscuit dough around the filling and pinch it closed.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the assembled bombs on it. Bake them in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Mix together the melted butter, ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder in a small bowl. Once the bombs are done baking, brush the garlic Parmesan mixture on top for extra flavor.

Notes

Feel free to customize the fillings with bacon or onions. Ensure the biscuit dough is sealed properly to prevent leaking during baking.
