Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.

- Add chopped onion, bell peppers, and garlic, cooking until softened.
