Description

Ingredients

  • 260g bread flour
  • 65g cold milk
  • 50g heavy cream
  • 30g condensed milk
  • 15g milk powder
  • 30g granulated sugar
  • 10g honey
  • 3g instant yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 22g unsalted butter
  • 3g salt


Instructions

  1. In the stand mixer bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Mix the ingredients until they are well combined. Follow the steps in the video for more help.
  3. Preheat your oven to 356℉ (180℃).
  4. Bake the bread for 28 minutes.

Notes

Make sure your ingredients are at room temperature for better mixing. Don’t skip the mixing step; it helps develop gluten for a better texture. If the dough is too sticky, you can add a little more flour. Keep an eye on the baking time to prevent burning.
