Ingredients
- 260g bread flour
- 65g cold milk
- 50g heavy cream
- 30g condensed milk
- 15g milk powder
- 30g granulated sugar
- 10g honey
- 3g instant yeast
- 1 egg
- 22g unsalted butter
- 3g salt
Instructions
- In the stand mixer bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Mix the ingredients until they are well combined. Follow the steps in the video for more help.
- Preheat your oven to 356℉ (180℃).
- Bake the bread for 28 minutes.
Notes
Make sure your ingredients are at room temperature for better mixing. Don’t skip the mixing step; it helps develop gluten for a better texture. If the dough is too sticky, you can add a little more flour. Keep an eye on the baking time to prevent burning.
