A fun twist on the classic Big Mac, featuring seasoned beef, special sauce, and crispy lettuce wrapped in a soft tortilla.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup pickles
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and prepare according to package instructions.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, and onion powder to create the special sauce.
- Lay tortillas flat and place a slice of cheese in the center.
- Add a portion of seasoned beef, lettuce, and pickles on top of cheese.
- Drizzle with special sauce.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom up.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Serve immediately or wrap in foil for meal prep.
Notes
For extra crunch, add some diced onions or tomatoes to the filling. You can prepare the beef and special sauce in advance.
