Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Sprinkle flour over the beef mixture, stirring well.
- Slowly pour in the beef broth, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens.
- Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain.
- Combine cooked noodles with the beef and gravy mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
