Ingredients
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- Burger toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles) for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and crumble; set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the heavy cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and green onions if desired.
- Serve warm with burger toppings as desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding diced mushrooms or bell peppers when cooking the ground beef. Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for a smoother sauce.
