Description

A hearty and comforting dish that combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with creamy Alfredo pasta. Perfect for busy weeknights or cozy weekends.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • Burger toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles) for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and crumble; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined.
  6. Mix in the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and green onions if desired.
  8. Serve warm with burger toppings as desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding diced mushrooms or bell peppers when cooking the ground beef. Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for a smoother sauce.
