These Airfryer Honey Garlic Chicken Tenders are a tasty, healthy, and protein-packed dish perfect for any busy day.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of chicken tenders
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken tenders to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  4. Lightly spray the basket of the air fryer with cooking spray.
