Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the shrimp and toss gently.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook the shrimp for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Once cooked, remove the shrimp and transfer to a serving platter.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
