Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
- Gradually add warm water and olive oil, stirring to combine.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic (about 10 minutes).
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
